This time I am learing from Western world. Trying to understand western women, especially women from Northern Europe and learn about self-healing and the path of female self-consciousness awakening. The teaching is a fuision of Chinese and Western, though the students are from Europe mostly. And I realize that people really need to travel to see how our culture works on ourselves.

We give space and see what kind of thought and feeling comes out naturally when we face certain issue or theme. We hold space and let our bodies lead us. When the body flows naturally, and the emotion follows the flow. When the emotion flows naturally, the understanding and healing start happening.
