How to properly wear Lovelady Pads?
The way to wear Eco pads is similar to the way you wear a dispossable padl Place the floral side down, fold the wings around the base of the underwear, and clip buttons. Simple and easy!
How often do I need to change a pad?
We recommend you to change your Eco Pads every 2-3 hours for maintaining good bygiene in addition to your comfort. If possible, we suggest not to use a Pads for more than 4 hours.
How do I wash my used eco pads?
How long would an eco pad last?
If used carefully and in appropriate way,a Lovelady eco pad would last longer than 2 years.
How many pads I would use during a whole cycle of period?
Different people have different blood flow and duration of a period, so the number of apds would not be same for everyone. You would know how many pads and what kind of pads you need for a cycle through your routine use of disposable pads.
Generally, you might use 3 to 5 pads a day. When you wash and dry the used pads on the first and the second days of your period, you could reuse them the following days. Therefore, we don't have to use as many eco pads as disposable ones. In general situation, you might need 8 to 10 pads for a whole period.
What can be used with Eco pads?
Eco Pads can be used together with moon cups and menstrual spongs.

- About the fabric:The side of the Eco pads that touch your skin is made of organic cotton and vegetable dyed fabric. There is no chemical color or presercative used. So it's normal that the cloth would lose some color after washing several times.
- On some pads, you might find some dust particles, no worries! They are just seeds of cotton.
- Benefit from the blood water. The rinse water from the used Eco pads could be used to water your plants,garden, and farm! (note:just only blood and water, not including any soap or detergent)
