Our Base
Production Base
Dhartimata's production base is located in the premise of HASERA Agriculture Research and Training Center, Patlekhet, Dhulikhel, Kavre, Nepal.
HASERA is a certified organic farm and a permaculture learning center dedicated to the promotion of sustainable agriculture, sustainable development, and permaculture in Nepal and abroad. Dhartimata works in collaboration with Hasera Farm.
In doing so, Lovelady Pads become a part of permaculture wisdom. In addition, the production provides job opportunities to local women in the village.
Learning the philosophy and spirit of Nature
Hasera practices natural farming and promotes sustainable lifestyles. Ranging from trees, flowers, medicinal herbs, vegetables, grains, and forage grass, there are more than 320 species of plants on the farm, covering all the necessary needs within the farm.
Hasera conducts training courses on various aspects of organic agriculture and permaculture, and hosts volunteers/travelers from all over the world to stay and learn together. Oftentimes, NGOs and INGOs in Nepal also invite farmers from different regions to join the trainings and learn about the philosophy of permaculture.
The major services provided at HASERA are: training courses on permaculture, farm stay/home stay and learning programs, community seed bank and nursery, farm designing, thesis research support for students, organic certification services, eco-pad production at Dhartimata Sustainable Workshop and many more.
